WARRANTY

Each Ajita Fashions product is carefully hand constructed from the highest quality materials. Given the delicate nature of a hand- made process, we offer a one month warranty on all Ajita Fashions pieces from date of purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults (but does not cover neglect or wear & tear) and we will at our discretion replace your damaged product.

RETURNS

In the instance if you are not completely satisfied with your order other than change of mind, please contact Ajita Fashions within 48 hours of accepting delivery of the product and arrange return of the product within 7 days after such notification.

You must contact Ajita Fashions by email at returns@ajitafashions.com to obtain a “Return Instruction ID number/Form “

All returns must provide “proof of purchase”, being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Ajita Fashions, or a delivery note.

Product must be in original condition as purchased, with all labels/tickets attached. Accessories must not have been worn.

We do not refund change of mind items purchased on sale or promotion. For hygiene reasons, we do not offer change of mind refunds on earnings.

We recommend you courier your package or send by registered post so you are able to track your parcel. Make sure your name, address, phone number and “Return Instruction Form “ are included. We cannot accept any prepaid satchels, envelopes, cash or stamps for re-delivery purpose We do not refund additional packaging costs associated with the return. Ajita Fashions will not be liable for items lost during the return shipping and it is the customers responsibility of their return until received by Ajita Fashions.

Customers will be responsible for shipping charges unless returning an item deemed to have a fault. In this case, contact us at returns@ajitafashions.com to organise method of shipping.

To obtain a refund or exchange for a faulty or incorrectly supplied on-line item, customer must meet the following return policy conditions:

  • – Faulty items must be within the warranty period
  • – Incorrectly supplied items must be in original saleable condition with all packaging and labels/tags intact.
  • – The Invoice or order number must be provided as proof of purchase

Faulty items can be exchanged for another item if that item is in stock or with refund can be provided. Please indicate your preference.

In the event where we believe that the defect on returned items is or are caused deliberately, we may refuse to provide and refund or exchange for that items.

We reserve the final approval on all Returns, Faulty and Exchanges.
